Repair, Plainly Answered
How much does a repair cost?
Depends on the device and the damage, but you'll always know the exact price before we start, and the diagnosis comes with a straight answer about whether the repair beats replacing it. We don't fix things that aren't worth fixing.
How long do repairs take?
Common repairs like screens, batteries, and storage swaps are often same-day or next-day once parts are in hand. Trickier board-level work takes longer, and we'll give you an honest timeline up front.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. We treat customer data as private, period. Where possible we recommend a backup before major work, and we can handle that step for you.
Do you sell refurbished machines or parts?
Sometimes, and more is coming as Heartland Supply spins up. Ask what's on the shelf when you reach out.
Something Broken Right Now?
Send a photo and a sentence about what happened. You'll get a real answer about whether it's worth fixing, usually the same day.
Send a photo with your message. You will usually hear back the same day.
