What if we don't know what we need?
That's the most common starting point. Bring the symptoms: the late nights, the double entry, the leads that slip. Diagnosing the fix is our job, and the diagnosis call is free.
What does the fixed price actually cover?
Everything written in the scope, delivered working. If you want something outside the scope mid-project, we price it separately before doing it. You'll never open an invoice and learn something.
What do you need from us during a build?
About an hour a week: answering questions, reviewing progress, and trying things out. The clients who give us that hour get noticeably better results.
What happens if we cancel the monthly partnership?
